About
For over ten years I’ve been working as a designer in the greatest city in America: Baltimore, Maryland. My career didn’t begin with design, during undergrad I studied Psychology and worked at the Behavioral Pharmacology Research Unit at Johns Hopkins University. I helped conduct research on commonly abused drugs and part of my job was making the presentation posters for conferences. I enjoyed that part of the job so much I decided to shift focus, go to grad school and study print design. Since then I’ve learned to create beautiful, usable things that draw on my research and design experience. Over the years I’ve created publication design, brand identity, editorial, packaging and digital marketing for a diverse group of clients. I love being a student and recently completed the Google UX certificate course. When I’m not working you can find me walking the trails in Druid Hill Park with my mini-schnauzer Ace or chasing bluebird ski days on the mountain with my family.
